Effortlessly create exquisite slow-cooked chicken curry.
Ingredients:
  • 1kg chicken thigh fillets, cut into large pieces
  • 2 large brown onions, thinly sliced
  • 200g curry paste
  • 60ml thickened cream
  • 250.00 ml coarsely chopped fresh coriander
  • Steamed basmati rice, to serve
  • Raita, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a 5L slow-cooker, mix together chicken, tomatoes, onion, and paste. Cover and cook on high for 3 1/2 hours.
  • Drizzle cream over the dish and sprinkle with fresh coriander. Serve alongside steamed rice and raita.
