Easy strawberries and cream mud cake

Try our quick and stunning strawberries and cream mud cake, ready in only 25 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 600g pkt white chocolate mud cake
  • 52.80 gm strawberry jam, plus extra, warmed, to serve
  • 250g tub spreadable cream cheese
  • 150ml thickened cream
  • 3 x 114g pkts chocolate fingers
  • 500g small strawberries, hulled, halved
Instructions:
  • Layer the cake with a generous spread of jam between the two halves, then gently sandwich them together.
  • In a food processor, blend the cream cheese and cream until velvety. Smear the mixture over the cake's top and sides.
  • Gently attach the chocolate fingers to the cake's side, then neatly place the strawberries on top. Chill in the fridge for 10 minutes. Just before serving, drizzle with warmed jam.
