Easy one-bowl yogurt cake bursting with fresh strawberry flavor and moistness from yogurt.
Ingredients:
  • 2 containers (6 oz each) Yoplait® Original strawberry yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups plus 2 teaspoons granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 cup strawberry jam
  • 1 1/4 cups quartered fresh strawberries
  • Powdered sugar, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and generously coat a 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.
  • Combine yogurt, 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar, melted butter, and vanilla in a large bowl until fully mixed. Incorporate eggs one at a time until well blended. Then add flour, baking powder, and salt, and stir until smooth using a rubber spatula or wooden spoon.
  • Spread the batter evenly in the pan. Smooth out the strawberry jam and spoon dollops on top of the batter. Sprinkle with strawberries and the 2 remaining teaspoons of sugar.
  • Bake for 40 to 50 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow to cool for 20 minutes, then dust with powdered sugar.
