Easy Sweet and Sour Chicken

Tangy sweet and sour sauce enhances quick chicken and veggie stir-fry. Ready in 15 minutes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 package (10 ounces) frozen breaded fully cooked chicken chunks
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 bag (16 ounces) frozen broccoli, carrots and water chestnuts
  • 1 can (20 ounces) pineapple chunks, drained
  • 1 jar (9 ounces) sweet-and-sour sauce (1 1/4 cups)
Instructions:
  • Cook the chicken chunks according to package instructions. In a 3-quart saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add frozen vegetables, reduce heat to medium, cover, and cook for 5 to 6 minutes until hot. Drain and return vegetables to the saucepan.
  • Combine the chicken, pineapple, and sweet-and-sour sauce with the vegetables in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
