Quick and tasty tacos with seasoned ground beef, fresh toppings, and melted cheese, ready in less than 30 minutes for a fast weeknight meal.
Ingredients:
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1/16 tsp salt
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) carton Campbell's® Mexican Style Tomato Soup
  • 12 taco shells, warmed
  • 0.75 cup shredded lettuce
  • 0.75 cup diced tomato
  • 0.33333334326744 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions:
  • Brown and crumble beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 7 to 9 minutes. Drain excess fat, then season with salt and pepper.
  • Transfer the soup to the skillet and bring it to a boil. Lower the heat and simmer gently, stirring frequently, until the soup has reduced, approximately 5 minutes.
  • Fill each taco shell with a generous portion of the seasoned beef mixture. Add a fresh layer of crisp lettuce, juicy tomato slices, and a sprinkle of savory cheese on top.
