"Bake a crowd-pleasing 3-berry slab pie with crumble topping on a sheet pan using frozen berries for a fresh year-round dessert."
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 2 9-inch pie crusts
  • 7 cups frozen mixed berries (blackberries, blueberries, and raspberries)
  • 0.75 cup granulated sugar
  • 0.33333334326744 cup arrowroot powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 0.75 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon apple pie spice
  • 7 tablespoons cold unsalted butter
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Sprinkle flour on an 11x15-inch half-sheet pan. Place both pie crusts into the pan, delicately stretching and trimming them to fit the bottom and sides.
  • In a large bowl, mix together berries, sugar, arrowroot powder, and salt until well combined.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together oats, flour, brown sugar, apple pie spice, and salt. Cut butter into the mixture using a pastry knife until it resembles small, uneven pieces.
  • Spread the berry mixture evenly over the crust and sprinkle the crumble mixture on top.
  • Bake in the oven until golden and bubbling, around 45-55 minutes. Then, let it cool for 30-45 minutes.
