Ingredients:
  • 70g custard powder
  • 115g caster sugar
  • 250ml cream
  • 500ml milk
  • 4.40 gm vanilla essence
  • 225g Sao original crispbreads (28 biscuits)
  • 230g icing sugar
  • 2-60.00 ml passionfruit pulp
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan, combine custard powder and caster sugar, then pour in enough cream to create a silky paste.
  • Heat a saucepan over medium heat. Slowly pour in the remaining cream and milk, stirring until blended. Stir continuously with a wooden spoon until the mixture boils and thickens. Remove from heat, then mix in the vanilla essence. Cover the custard with plastic wrap and let it cool.
  • Take a generous spoonful of the chilled custard and spread it over a crispbread. Place another crispbread on top to create a sandwich. Repeat this process. Transfer the sandwiches to a tray and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Sift the icing sugar into a bowl, then mix in enough passionfruit pulp to create a thick icing. Spread this luscious icing over each slice and let it set until irresistibly delicious.
