Elevated soft-boiled eggs with a family twist.
Ingredients:
  • 15 saltine crackers
  • 1 tablespoon butter, softened
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • 1. Bring water to a boil, then gently add eggs and cook for 3 minutes until yolks are runny. 2. While eggs cook, crush crackers into two mugs with butter. 3. Once eggs are done, peel and place one in each cup. 4. Mix thoroughly with crackers, and season with salt and pepper.
