Delicious breakfast bowl with savory pork, cabbage, soy sauce, and sesame oil - no need for deep-fried wrappers!
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound bulk pork sausage
  • 1 (16 ounce) package coleslaw mix
  • 0.25 cup soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions:
  • Prepare all your ingredients.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until it's browned and crumbly, about 10 minutes. Remember to drain any excess grease before moving on.
  • Combine coleslaw mix, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic in the skillet. Sauté until coleslaw is tender, approximately 8 minutes.
  • Add fragrant lemon zest and fresh cilantro to the mix, cooking until the flavors marry beautifully, for approximately 2 minutes.
