Creamy avocado and kala namak salt mimic the taste and texture of eggs in this delicious egg-free salad, perfect for picnics.
Ingredients:
  • 0.33333334326744 cup egg-free mayonnaise
  • 2 large green onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
  • 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 large semi-firm avocados, diced
  • 0.5 teaspoon kala namak (black salt)
  • 8 slices potato bread
Instructions:
  • In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, green onion, mustard, black pepper, and paprika; fold in diced avocado, sprinkle with black salt, and gently mix.
  • Assemble sandwiches by dividing the salad evenly between 4 bread slices and topping each with another slice of bread to finish.
