Indulge in a decadent eggless chocolate mug cake for a quick and satisfying late-night chocolate fix.
Ingredients:
  • nonstick cooking spray
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 4 drops chocolate extract
Instructions:
  • Coat a standard mug with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Combine flour, powdered sugar, cocoa powder, slightly less than ¼ teaspoon baking powder, and a pinch of salt in the mug. Use a fork to blend everything thoroughly. Add milk, oil, and chocolate essence to your liking. Stir until the mixture is smooth.
  • Microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds until firm, allow to cool for a few minutes, then enjoy!
