Eggless chocolate cake: Crispy exterior, gooey interior. Simple, delightful, guaranteed happiness!
Ingredients:
  • 200 g soft unsalted butter plus extra for greasing
  • 200 g hazelnuts
  • 200 g quality dark chocolate
  • 200 g self-raising flour
  • 200 ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 200 g golden caster sugar
Instructions:
  • 1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC/350ºF/gas 4 and line a deep 25cm x 25cm non-stick tray with greaseproof paper. If your tray is not non-stick, grease it, dust with flour, and line with paper. 2. Use a food processor to blitz the nuts until fine, then add chocolate, butter, flour, salt, milk, and sugar while the processor is still running, until smooth. 3. Pour the mixture into the lined tray, spreading it evenly. 4. Bake for 18 minutes until crispy at the edges and gooey in the middle. 5. Serve warm with chocolate, fruit, yoghurt, or ice cream for a pudding, or let it cool for gooey brownies. Enjoy!
