Eggless, butterless, milkless cake topped with irresistible peanut butter frosting.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 6 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups water
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), then generously grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
  • Sift together flour, sugar, baking soda, and cocoa in a large bowl. Combine water, oil, vinegar, and vanilla separately. Add liquid ingredients to flour mixture and beat until smooth. Pour into prepared pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the cake's center comes out clean. Cool before serving.
