Ingredients:
  • 1.5 cups eggnog
  • 2 eggs, beaten slightly
  • 1.5 tablespoons ground cinnamon, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 12 slices French bread
Instructions:
  • In a mixing bowl, combine eggnog, eggs, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice, whisking until smooth. Transfer the mixture to a shallow dish.
  • Preheat the electric skillet to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) and lightly grease it.
  • Dip bread slices one at a time into the rich and flavorful eggnog mixture, ensuring each side is fully coated.
  • Add the bread slices to the hot skillet, cook until golden brown on both sides, then transfer to a serving plate and cover with foil to keep warm. Serve hot.
