Ingredients:
  • 12 jumbo egg yolks
  • 1 pound granulated sugar
  • 1 quart whole milk
  • 1 liter spiced rum
  • 1 quart heavy cream, lightly whipped
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together egg yolks and sugar until thickened. Stir in milk and rum. Transfer the mixture to a punch bowl and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours before serving.
  • Gently combine vanilla-infused whipped heavy cream before serving.
