Create a classy Christmas dessert from this festive drink.
Ingredients:
  • 400ml cream
  • 200ml milk
  • 200g tube sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cinnamon quill
  • 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • Generous pinch of nutmeg
  • 60ml brandy
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 9.00 gm gelatine
  • 60ml water
Instructions:
  • In a medium saucepan, combine cream, milk, Nestle Sweetened Condensed Milk, cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg, and brandy. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat and let it sit for 30 minutes to infuse.
  • - Remove the cinnamon quill from the cream mixture after standing. - Heat the cream mixture and whisk in the egg yolk. - Combine gelatine with boiling water; stir vigorously until dissolved. Then, mix into the warmed cream mixture and pour into six 1/3 cup (80ml) dariole moulds. - Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set.
