Rum, vanilla, and nutmeg whipped cream - the perfect finishing touch for any treat or drink!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1 tablespoon rum
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Instructions:
  • Place metal beaters for an electric mixer and a large metal bowl in the freezer for at least 5 minutes to chill. Whip cream in the chilled bowl with an electric mixer on high speed until soft and fluffy, approximately 2 minutes. Gently mix in sugar until stiff peaks form. Slowly incorporate vanilla, rum, and nutmeg, making sure to whip the cream to stiff peaks after adding each ingredient. Serve promptly.
