Whip up tasty eggs baked in bread bowls in just 30 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 6 kaiser rolls (4 to 5 inches in diameter)
  • 6 Land O Lakes® all-natural farm-fresh eggs
  • 6 teaspoons heavy whipping cream
  • 6 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 teaspoons chopped fresh chives
  • 3 teaspoons finely chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Slice a thin 3-inch round from the tops of the rolls and set the tops aside. Carefully hollow out the inside of each roll, leaving a 1/2-inch border, to create a 1/2-inch deep cavity; discard the bread crumbs. Arrange the bread bowls on the prepared cookie sheet.
  • Crack an egg into each bread bowl cavity. Layer each egg with 1 tablespoon of whipping cream, 1 tablespoon of cheese, 1/2 teaspoon of chives, and 1/2 teaspoon of parsley. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, then place the reserved tops on the bread bowls. Bake for an additional 2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the eggs are cooked through.
