Feta-filled omelet: irresistibly juicy and surprising delight.
Ingredients:
  • 4 large eggs, beaten
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon milk
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions:
  • Combine eggs and pepper in one small bowl, and mix crumbled cheese and milk in another.
  • In a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil. Pour in eggs and swirl the pan to evenly coat the bottom. Once the edges are set, place feta mixture in a line down the center of the eggs. Fold the top and bottom edges of the eggs over the cheese, then fold in the sides using a spatula.
