Mexican-style grilled corn with spicy mayo spread.
Ingredients:
  • 0.33333334326744 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.33333334326744 cup sour cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Archer Farms™ ancho chile powder
  • 8 ears corn, grilled
Instructions:
  • Mix together the mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic, and lime juice in a small bowl. In a separate small bowl, blend the cheese and chili powder.
  • Coat warm corn with mayo mixture, then top generously with cheese mixture. Serve immediately while warm.
