Create delicious and nutritious energy balls using oats, seeds, peanut butter, and chocolate chips for a convenient breakfast or snack.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup old-fashioned oats
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter
  • 0.5 cup ground flax seed
  • 0.5 cup chocolate chips
  • 0.33333334326744 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • Prepare all ingredients.
  • Mix together the oats, peanut butter, ground flaxseed, chocolate chips, honey, chia seeds, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes until chilled.
  • Take the chilled dough out of the refrigerator and shape it into twenty 1-inch diameter balls.
