Delight picky eaters with these irresistible mini pizzas.
Ingredients:
  • 2 English muffins
  • 33.30 gm tomato paste
  • 75g shaved ham or salami, chopped
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped
  • 250.00 ml grated tasty cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Gently slice each muffin in half horizontally to create 4 rounds. Arrange muffins, cut-side up, on the prepared baking tray.
  • Coat muffins with a layer of flavorful tomato paste.
  • Mix the ham, tomato, and cheese in a bowl. Spoon the mixture onto the muffins and create an indentation in the center of each muffin topping.
  • Crack one egg into each muffin cup, allowing the eggwhite to spill slightly. Bake for 20-25 minutes until eggs are just firm. Serve right away.
