English Muffin Pizza

Whip up delicious mini English muffin pizzas for birthdays or snacks!
Ingredients:
  • 1 (12 ounce) package English muffins, split
  • 1 (14 ounce) can pizza sauce
  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) package sliced pepperoni
  • 1 (4 ounce) link cooked Italian sausage, sliced
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Place English muffin halves, cut-side up, on a baking sheet. Spoon a generous amount of pizza sauce onto each muffin, top with mozzarella cheese, then customize each muffin by topping one third with pepperoni, another third with Italian sausage, and leaving the final third with just cheese.
  • Bake until the cheese is gooey and melted, for around 10 minutes in the preheated oven.
