Chill out on hot days with this icy refreshment.
Ingredients:
  • 250.00 ml espresso coffee, cooled
  • 70.95 gm caster sugar
  • 40.00 ml Kahlua liqueur (optional)
Instructions:
  • Mix coffee, sugar, and Kahlua in a pitcher, then pour into a 6cm-deep, 9cm x 19cm loaf pan. Cover and freeze for 30 minutes. Use a fork to fluff up the mixture and break up any ice crystals.
  • Place the mixture in the freezer and flake it every 30 minutes for 3 hours until fully frozen. Spoon the frozen mixture into martini glasses and serve.
