Espresso Milo-tini ice-cream recipe

Indulgent adult-friendly summer treat.
Ingredients:
  • 395g can sweetened condensed milk
  • 600ml ctn thickened cream
  • 40.00 ml freeze dried instant coffee powder
  • 20ml coffee liqueur (such as Tia Maria or Kahlua)
  • 60.00 ml Milo, to sprinkle
Instructions:
  • In a bowl, whip the cream, sweetened condensed milk, coffee, and coffee liqueur with electric beaters for 3-4 minutes until soft peaks form.
  • Transfer the mixture to a 1L (4-cup) freezer-safe container, ensuring the surface is smooth. Sprinkle Milo on top. Freeze overnight until firm. Remove and discard the plastic wrap, then scoop into serving bowls. Enjoy!
