Upgrade your sugar cream pie with a modern twist by adding espresso for a rich and indulgent flavor.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon instant espresso powder
  • 1 cup chocolate whipped cream (such as Chocolate Reddi-wip®)
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Coat the unbaked pie crust with melted butter, then set it aside. Mix cream, brown sugar, flour, and espresso powder until smooth. Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
  • Bake in the oven until firm, approximately 50 minutes. Take out and let it cool on a rack. Gently adorn the pie's edge with a generous swirl of chocolate whipped cream.
