Grill pizza dough, top with sour cream salsa, cheese, chicken, avocado, and everything bagel seasoning for a mouthwatering flatbread.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound prepared pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning, divided
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons salsa
  • 1/3 cup quesadilla cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled cotija cheese
  • 1 cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Tajin seasoning (optional)
Instructions:
  • Preheat a sizzling gas grill on High for 10 to 15 minutes. Shape pizza dough, brush one side with olive oil, and sprinkle 4 teaspoons of bagel seasoning on top. Gently press the seasoning into the dough.
  • Lower the heat on half of the grill burners to Low for both direct and indirect heat zones. Place the dough, olive oil side facing down, onto the direct heat part of the grill carefully.
  • Cover the grill and let the dough cook until the bottom is slightly charred, about 1 to 3 minutes. Transfer the flatbread to a baking sheet, grilled side facing up.
  • Combine the sour cream and salsa, then generously spread it over the grilled side of the flatbread. Sprinkle a mixture of quesadilla cheese, cotija cheese, and chicken evenly on top.
  • Place the flatbread back on the cooler side of the grill and cook until it's puffed up, golden brown, and the cheese has melted, approximately 3 minutes. Carefully transfer it to a cutting board or plate, then top with avocado slices, remaining bagel seasoning, and Tajin seasoning. Cut into wedges and enjoy!
