Gluten-free pork chops coated in seasoned coconut flour and pan-fried to golden perfection. Delicious simplicity!
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup coconut flour
  • 0.25 cup cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
  • 1 tablespoon ground paprika
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley
  • 1.5 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1.5 teaspoons white sugar
  • 1.5 teaspoons onion powder
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 2.5 pounds bone-in center-cut pork chops
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, or as needed
Instructions:
  • Combine coconut flour, cornstarch, granulated garlic, paprika, flaxseed meal, parsley, baking powder, sugar, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a shallow bowl, mixing thoroughly.
  • Coat pork chops evenly with the coconut flour mixture.
  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt coconut oil until shimmering. Sear covered pork chops until golden brown, around 5 minutes. Flip and brown the other side for an additional 3 minutes.
