Ingredients:

2 (8 ounce) containers whipped topping (such as Cool Whip®)
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, most of juice drained
0.5 (16 ounce) package miniature marshmallows, or more as needed
1 (4 ounce) jar maraschino cherries, drained
2 (3 ounce) packages instant pistachio pudding mix

Instructions:

Mix whipped topping, pineapple with juice, marshmallows, cherries, and pudding mix in a large bowl until fluffy. Add extra marshmallows if needed. Chill in fridge for 1 hour before serving.
