Versatile dip served with choice of crackers or bread, can be placed in hollowed sourdough loaf for dipping without sogginess. Heat dip separately before filling bread.
Ingredients:
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 6 ounces imitation crabmeat, diced
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
Instructions:
- In a medium bowl, whip cream cheese until velvety. Stir in lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Fold in garlic, onions, and crab meat. Chill, covered, in the fridge until needed.
- To enjoy a warm dish, microwave for 3 to 4 minutes.
