Decadent pizza with creamy ricotta sauce, topped with mushrooms, broccoli, and chicken.
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 skinless, boneless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized chunks
  • 1 (8 ounce) container ricotta cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 (12 inch) pre-baked pizza crust
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup chopped fresh broccoli
  • 1 (3 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  • In a skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter to cook the chicken until fully cooked and the juices run clear, about 7 to 10 minutes. Set aside once done.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, mix together ricotta cheese, 1 tablespoon butter, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Microwave for 1 minute, then stir. Spread this delicious mixture over the pizza crust. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly, then top with cooked chicken, broccoli, and mushrooms. Enjoy a heavenly pizza experience!
  • Bake until the cheese is gooey and bubbly, approximately 20 minutes in the preheated oven.
