Delicious pizza fingers perfect for cocktails, appetizers, or picnics paired with a refreshing pear salad.
Ingredients:
  • 170g blue cheese (like Roquefort), crumbled
  • 140g (1/2 cup) ricotta
  • 20.00 ml chopped fresh Continental parsley
  • 20.00 ml thinly sliced green shallots
  • 18.40 gm coarsely chopped walnuts
  • 2 sheets (24 x 24cm) frozen puff pastry
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 200°C for a perfectly cooked dish.
  • In a bowl, mix blue cheese, ricotta, parsley, green shallots, and walnuts thoroughly using a fork.
  • Thaw pastry, cut into 16 fingers, place on tray, prick with fork, and spread cheese topping evenly.
  • Place in the oven until the pastry turns golden and puffs up, usually around 15 minutes. Serve while warm.
