These Gooey Chocolate Chip Cookies are made with melted butter, dark brown sugar, and a mix of chocolate chips. The key to their gooey texture is chilling the dough for at least 24 hours before baking. Enjoy warm with a glass of milk!
Ingredients:
  • 2 packets 2-minute noodles (chicken flavour), cooked and drained
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 sachet chicken flavouring from the noodles
  • 10g parmesan cheese, grated
  • 18.40 gm oil
Instructions:
  • Shorten the drained noodles, beat the eggs, mix with noodles, stir in flavor packet, blend in cheese.
  • Pour oil into a heated frypan. Spread mixture evenly with a spoon, cover with a lid, and cook over medium heat until the top is set.
  • Flip the omelette onto a plate, then slide back into the frypan to brown for 1 minute.
  • Transfer the omelette onto paper towels to absorb any excess oil. Allow it to cool for 1 minute, then cut it as desired. Enjoy it hot or cold.
