Indulgent s'mores cookies made with graham crackers, marshmallows, and chocolate candy kisses - a must-try treat for kids!
Ingredients:
  • 4 cups rolled oats
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 0.5 (10 ounce) package marshmallows, or to taste
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages milk chocolate candy kisses
Instructions:
  • Combine oats, flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
  • Cream the butter with an electric mixer for 30 seconds in a large bowl. Add brown sugar, white sugar, milk, eggs, and vanilla, and mix until fully incorporated. Gently fold in the flour mixture until well combined. Refrigerate the dough for 1 to 2 hours before using.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Slice 13 to 15 marshmallows into thirds and unwrap 36 to 45 candy kisses, setting aside the extras for later.
  • Spoon dough into rounded balls on a baking sheet without greasing it.
  • After baking for 8 minutes in the preheated oven, take the cookies out and press the back of a spoon into the center of each cookie. Add a slice of marshmallow into each indentation and bake for an additional minute until the marshmallow is slightly melted.
  • After baking in the oven, gently press a candy kiss into each marshmallow and bake for an additional minute.
  • Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet briefly, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
