Ingredients:
  • 250g plain sweet biscuits (we used Marie biscuits)
  • 175g butter, melted
  • Pinch of Cinnamon Ground
  • 395g can NESTLÉ Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 180ml water
  • 6.00 gm gelatine powder
  • 85g Original Raspberry jelly crystals
Instructions:
  • Prepare the slice pan by greasing and lining it with parchment paper, ensuring there's a 2cm overhang above the sides for easy removal later on.
  • Crush biscuits in a food processor until fine. Blend in butter and cinnamon. Press mixture into pan base. Chill for 30 minutes until firm.
  • Mix together the condensed milk and lemon juice in a medium bowl.
  • Mix hot water and gelatine in a small jug until completely dissolved. Stir the mixture into the condensed milk. Spread over the biscuit base and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour until set.
  • Prepare the jelly as directed on the packet, but use 100ml less cold water. Let it cool to room temperature, then pour it over the milk filling. Chill for another hour until the jelly sets.
  • Remove the slice from the pan and cut before serving.
