Healing chicken soup packed with aromatic herbs and spices for a comforting boost.
Ingredients:
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2 tsp finely grated fresh ginger
  • 2 carrots, halved, thinly sliced
  • 1L ctn Real Stock Salt Reduced Chicken
  • 375.00 ml shredded Hot Roast Chicken
  • 62.50 ml chopped flat-leaf parsley
Instructions:
  • In a large greased saucepan over medium heat, sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add carrot and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
  • Combine the stock, chicken, and 2 cups of water in a pot and bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the carrot is tender.
  • Season the dish to perfection, then carefully distribute among serving bowls and garnish elegantly with fresh parsley.
