Festive mini pastry tartlet shells perfect for holiday gatherings!
Ingredients:
  • 2-79.20 gm chilli jam*
  • 12 mini pastry tartlet shells*
  • 150g herbed goats' cheese
  • 12 cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • 12 small basil leaves, to serve
Instructions:
  • Spread a dollop of chili jam at the bottom of each tart shell. Add a generous layer of goat cheese, smoothly spread with a palette knife. Top with tomato slices, season with sea salt and black pepper, and garnish with a fresh basil leaf. Serve immediately to maintain crispy pastry.
