Succulent chicken breasts filled with tangy tomato-basil feta cheese, coated in crispy breadcrumbs, and baked to a golden perfection.
Ingredients:
  • 6 ounces tomato basil feta cheese, crumbled
  • 0.25 cup Italian-style dry bread crumbs, divided
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a perfect 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Place each chicken breast between 2 sheets of waxed paper and gently flatten with a meat mallet or rolling pin until 1/4 inch thick. Remove the wax paper and stuff each breast with 1 ounce of feta cheese before folding in half.
  • Sprinkle a generous amount of bread crumbs in the baking dish to create a flavorful base. Place the chicken evenly in the dish and finish by generously topping it with the rest of the bread crumbs for a delicious and crispy coating.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
