Savory olive and feta cheese blend, perfect for appetizers or spreads.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups pitted Kalamata olives, drained
  • 1 cup pitted green olives, drained
  • 0.25 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 (2 ounce) can anchovy fillets, rinsed
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • 0.5 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
  • Combine pitted Kalamata olives, green olives, lemon juice, anchovy fillets, garlic, thyme, and rosemary in a food processor. Pulse until coarsely chopped and transfer to a bowl. While stirring, gradually add olive oil to the mixture. Gently fold in feta cheese and season with black pepper. Enjoy your tapenade!
