Dice fresh, colorful veggies for a vibrant gluten-free salsa paired with crispy organic corn chips.
Ingredients:
  • 1000.00 ml tomatoes, seeded and diced (8 truss tomatoes)
  • 2 large cucumbers, diced
  • 125.00 ml fresh corn kernels
  • 1 small yellow capsicum, diced
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 large avocado, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 65.63 gm fresh lime juice
  • 62.50 ml coriander, chopped
  • 0.63 gm smoked paprika
  • Himalayan pink salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh coriander, to serve
  • Lime wedges, to serve
  • Organic chips, to serve
Instructions:
  • Combine all ingredients in a large salad bowl, gently tossing to mix well while being careful not to crush the avocados. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh coriander, a lime wedge, and serve alongside organic corn chips.
