Let's savor the fleeting fig season with these delicate delights!
Ingredients:
  • 160g (2/3 cup) firm ricotta
  • 14.40 gm honey, plus extra, to drizzle
  • 2 tsp finely grated orange rind
  • 6 fresh figs, halved lengthways
  • Fresh thyme sprigs, to serve
  • Pistachio kernels, finely chopped, to serve
Instructions:
  • Mix together the ricotta, honey, and orange zest in a small bowl. Spoon a generous teaspoon of the mixture onto each fig half. Serve on individual plates.
  • Drizzle with additional honey and garnish with thyme and pistachios.
