Ingredients:
  • 2 cups olive oil
  • 0.5 cup sun-dried tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 (2 ounce) can sliced black olives
  • 0.66666668653488 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 5.5 pounds tomatoes, seeded and chopped
  • 0.5 cup chopped fresh chives
  • 1.5 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (16 ounce) package farfalle pasta
  • 8 ounces crumbled feta cheese
Instructions:
  • Mix together olive oil, sun-dried tomatoes, olives, basil, tomatoes, chives, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and garlic in a large bowl. Let it marinate for 3 hours.
  • Boil pasta until perfectly cooked, then drain well.
  • Drizzle the sauce over the steaming pasta and gently mix. Add a sprinkle of feta cheese for extra flavor, if you like.
