Create a mouthwatering fire-roasted corn and beef skillet pie with just 5 simple ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 (24 ounce) jar prepared marinara sauce
  • 2 cups fire-roasted frozen corn
  • 0.75 cup shredded pepper Jack cheese
  • 1 (11 ounce) package refrigerated breadstick dough
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Brown ground beef in a large cast iron skillet, breaking up lumps, for about 10 minutes. Add pasta sauce and corn, bring to a boil, then stir in cheese.
  • Place the unrolled breadstick dough gently on top of the filling, creating a loose weave.
  • Bake in the oven until beautifully golden and bubbling, for about 20 to 25 minutes. Rest for 10 minutes before enjoying.
