Elevate fish fingers with zesty corn salsa for a gourmet twist!
Ingredients:
  • 10 fish fingers
  • 1 x 310g can creamed corn
  • 16.50 gm sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 tsp dried chives
Instructions:
  • Prepare the fish fingers as per package instructions or until fully cooked. Allow them to cool for a bit. In the meantime, heat creamed corn in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in sweet chili sauce and chives, cooking for 2 minutes until heated. Serve the corn in a bowl alongside the fish fingers.
