Ingredients:
  • 1 can (16 oz) Old El Paso™ Traditional Refried Beans
  • 2 tablespoons thick & chunky salsa
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
  • 2 medium green onions, chopped (2 tablespoons)
  • Tortilla chips
Instructions:
  • Combine refried beans and salsa in a medium bowl. Spread the bean mixture thinly on a 12- or 13-inch serving plate or pizza pan.
  • Spread a luxurious layer of sour cream over the flavorful bean mixture, ensuring to leave a tantalizing 1-inch border of beans peeking through. Then, generously slather the creamy guacamole over the sour cream, making sure to showcase a beautiful border of sour cream around the edges.
  • Top the guacamole with a layer of cheese and then sprinkle onions over the cheese. Serve promptly or store in the fridge until ready to serve. Accompany with tortilla chips.
