Whip up a quick and delicious family-friendly stir-fry for a satisfying meal in no time!
Ingredients:
  • 1/2 tsp five-spice powder
  • 76.25 gm Changs oyster sauce
  • 57.20 gm honey
  • 40.00 ml rice wine vinegar
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 2cm piece fresh ginger, peeled, finely grated
  • 600g pork fillets, thinly sliced
  • 18.40 gm vegetable oil
  • 1 medium red onion, thickly sliced
  • 1 bunch broccolini, roughly chopped
  • 150g snow peas, trimmed, halved diagonally
  • 500g baby choy sum, roughly chopped
  • Steamed jasmine rice, to serve
Instructions:
  • Mix the five-spice, oyster sauce, honey, vinegar, garlic, and ginger in a small bowl. Then, place the pork in a medium bowl and add 1 tablespoon of the marinade. Stir well to ensure the pork is evenly coated.
  • Preheat a wok over high heat, then add some oil and swirl it around to coat the surface. Stir-fry the pork in batches for 2 to 3 minutes until it is just cooked through.
  • Pour in the rest of the marinade, along with the onion and broccolini. Stir well and cook for 1 to 2 minutes until the onion softens. Then add the snow peas and choy sum, stirring for another 1 to 2 minutes until the choy sum just wilts. Serve alongside some steamed rice.
