Easy and decadent flourless chocolate cookies made with chocolate chips, cocoa powder, and egg whites.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 0.66666668653488 cup dark cocoa powder (such as Hershey's® Special Dark)
  • 0.125 teaspoon salt
  • 2 egg whites, or more as needed
  • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups chocolate chips (60% cacao)
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare 2 baking sheets with silicone mats or parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine confectioners' sugar, cocoa powder, and salt. Beat in egg whites and vanilla extract until thick and batter-like. Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Drop tablespoonfuls of batter onto the lined baking sheets.
  • Bake in a preheated oven until the tops shine and have slight cracks, for 12 to 14 minutes. Allow the cookies to cool completely on the baking sheet before storing them in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
