Fudgy chocolate brownies with swirls of peanut butter and marshmallow fluff - irresistible fluffernutter brownies for any occasion!
Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup (170g) unsalted butter
  • 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, chopped, or semisweet chocolate chips
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2/3 cup (133g) granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup (160g) packed light brown sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups (150g) all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons Dutch-processed cocoa powder
  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup marshmallow fluff
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare an 8x8-inch square pan by greasing it with baking spray and lining it with parchment paper.
  • Melt the butter and chocolate together: Combine the butter and chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring each time, until melted and smooth. Let it cool slightly before using.
  • Whisk together eggs and sugars: Combine eggs, granulated sugar, and brown sugar in a mixing bowl. Whisk vigorously until the mixture is pale and fluffy, about 4 minutes by hand or 2 minutes on medium speed with an electric beater.
  • Combine melted butter and chocolate with beaten eggs, then gently blend. Sift flour, cocoa powder, and salt over the mixture, gently fold to combine. Avoid overmixing.
  • Transfer the brownie batter to the lined pan, smooth the top, and dollop equal amounts of runny peanut butter and marshmallow fluff on top. Gently swirl the dollops with a butter knife for distinct swirls. Be careful not to over-swirl.
  • Bake until the top is firm and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with slightly moist batter, 35 to 45 minutes.
  • Allow the brownies to cool completely, then slice into squares and serve with a refreshing glass of milk. Store any leftovers at room temperature for up to 3 days or in the refrigerator for up to a week. If you enjoyed the recipe, please consider leaving a review below!
