Indulgent blondies with a heavenly mix of chocolate, marshmallows, and peanut butter, a delicious fusion of two classic treats.
Ingredients:
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 0.75 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1.5 cups miniature marshmallows
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Cream together butter, brown sugar, peanut butter, and white sugar until smooth. Mix in egg and egg yolk. Slowly incorporate flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined. Gently fold in chocolate chips and marshmallows. Spread batter in baking dish.
  • Bake in the oven until the edges are lightly browned, for 15-20 minutes. Let it cool completely for about 30 minutes before slicing.
