Kid-friendly side dish perfect for little helpers!
Ingredients:
  • 550g lean pork mince
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 small lemongrass stalk, trimmed, finely chopped
  • 40.00 ml chopped fresh coriander leaves
  • 40.00 ml chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 125.00 ml fresh breadcrumbs
  • 9.20 gm olive oil
Instructions:
  • Combine pork, onions, garlic, lemongrass, coriander, mint, and breadcrumbs in a bowl. Shape 1/3 cup of mixture into eight 8cm-long sausages.
  • In a frying pan over medium heat, sizzle sausages in oil, turning occasionally, until beautifully browned and fully cooked, about 8 to 10 minutes.
